Kitchen Space
Co-Op Kitchens's focus is on providing a fully equipped, commercially licensed, shared use kitchen. While designed with chefs, bakers, and specialty food makers in mind, we are flexible enough to support smaller uses as well. If you need the space for anything from preparing for a large party, to practicing for culinary school exams, to teaching a cooking class, we will be happy to accommodate. The kitchen is available for shift rental, conveninetly priced in half-day and full day slots. And while you're using it, we want it to be your kitchen. You won't have to deal with anybody else's mess, and you won't have to work around other chefs. Just make yourself at home, and start cooking.
Co-Op Kitchens features:
- 3000 sq. ft. kitchen space
- 2000 sq. ft. fenced and paved lot
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Rates conveniently priced at half - day and full day. No hourly charges!
- Storage space available for a small additional fee
Our fully equipped kitchen is completely available to our client chefs and includes:
- Four Full size convection ovens
- Two Gas ranges with 18 burners total
- Proofer
- 20 qt. Mixer
- Walk-in cooler & freezer space
- 36' Grill
- Meat slicer
