Co-op Kitchens Rental
Requirements
In order to operate and prepare products from our kitchen, everyone must contact the following people and their offices. They will assist you in with the proper operating permits and insurance.
** PLEASE NOTE **
YOU MUST FIRST OBTAIN A MONTHLY CONTRACT WITH US - BEFORE PURSUING THE FOLLOWING PERMITS
Each Person (Company) Must Obtain and Keep Current - the Following:
Depending on the individuals needs and what kind of Product that they are Producing, You may need additional Permits to Operate. Further information can be obtained by inquiring with the Health Department.
A Rental Agreement must be signed before Acquiring Permits!
All permits must be displayed in plain view in the facility before operating!
All Permits must be obtained before Starting to Prepare Product from our Kitchen
